The wrong order was delivered to our door.  We were not home to receive it.  I called the same day and the person I spoke to at the shop said they would get the correct order to us.  It never arrived.  I called the next day and they offered a partial refund.  Anyway, I'm glad we got a partial refund, but the service was not what I expected from a somewhat famous local business.

I used Pughs Flowers for my wedding and they did an amazing job! I couldn't have asked for better! The bouquets for the bridal party were stunning and all the arrangements were gorgeous! These gals are very talented! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Older boat that I own broke down and was towed in..  They repaired the motor(gas).  Very knowledgable and very customer friendly.  I was treated well and respected.  The price was very fair.

This was the most pitiful looking fruit basket I've ever received! There were only about 5 pieces of fruit and a small package of peanuts included. They wanted to charge him an additional $25 when he requested a specific timeframe, (later in the dat, not for immediate delivery), for the basket to be delivered. He declined this, as they are only a 1/2 mile away from our home. He called to complain about the basket and service, and they didn't do anything to try to make it right. They never returned our call to complain. I would have been embarassed if I was the flower shop owner to send out something of that low quality. We've used their services a few times before to order flowers, but will not use them in the future.

There isn't much to my yard but they come weekly and do the same service for our entire condominium complex. They also do bigger jobs, we share many common areas with the other home owners. The grass is always neat if you want to play football or sit on the lawn you can. They are hard workers. I don't know what portion of my association dues cover landscaping so I am not able to tell what they pay. Just that we are pleased and that is why we keep using them.
