I was very pleased with the job PSH did on cleaning my kitchen dining area rug.  There were several food stains on the rug and an  imprint from my pedestal table.  When the rug was returned it looked like new... no stains and no furniture imprints.  It exceeded my expectations.
The other thing I was pleased about was their responsiveness.  I called and they were able to pick up the rug from my home the next day.  I had the rug back less than a week later.  The delivery personnel were pleasant and professional.
I will definitely use PSH the next time I need a rug cleaned.

The services were scheduled and executed in a timely manner.  The conduct was professional and polite.  They were very careful with what they did.  They weren't quite able to get the dark traffic marks from a light colored rug, but I don't know if it was even really possible.  First time I had used a rug cleaning service like them.  They did get what appeared to be a pain stain off of a ceramic tile floor so that was an unexpected bonus. 

I would use them again.

Rugs were cleaned in good condition with great results.  Owner Frank Jacob gave my husband demonstration of his new location and how the rugs are cleaned. Excellent customer service and fair rates for cleaning.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE; the straight "A"s in Angie's List is why I chose PSH. They also had a "coupon" on AL: "pay $75 in advance for $125 Worth of Carpet Cleaning". Upon arrival, Frank appeared to use a roller on a stick to take measurements of the carpeted areas of our smallest house ever (retired): three bedrooms & short hallway. (Other rooms are stained concrete or tile.) I did not hear him give me a price until completed: $200 (that was plus the $75 I'd already paid online). Wife was home by that time, and paid him. She says Frank did a superb job, but was surprised by the price. She's always used Stanley Steemer in the past, every couple of years. Between those professional visits, she "spot cleans" with the best upright consumer carpet cleaner she could find.
I liked Frank's idea of turning the thermostat to ON instead of AUTO, to expedite drying. And the booties he gave us in case we needed a bathroom break in the next four hours. I also appreciated that Frank did not do like Stanley Steemer does: try to sell you extras like Scotchgard, pet deodorizer, and doormats for outside your front and back doors. 
As they say, you get what you pay for.

Frank and his crew were very detailed and provided quality work. I was very pleased with the results.
Meeting room linoleum floor looked as if new again.

The staff was professional and courteous. They were on time and worked quickly. The carpets look cleaner in general, and they removed
pet stains that were over a year old. I would definitely use them again.

He was here for while and used lots of chemicals. He couldn't get the
stain out. He didn't charge me because he couldn't get the stain out.  I tried  to give
him something. He gave me a number for a carpet guy and to say put money towards that. :)

I was very impressed with the service rendered by this company.  They were very prompt in all matters- giving estimate/ picking up
area rugs for cleaning at their offices/cleaning carpets/ tile in home.  PSH Cleaning is the Best Service I have every used for this type of cleaning.  They moved all necessary furniture- went straight to work- even left fans behind for a day to help the carpet in 
my great room dry quicker.  They returned later on the day of cleaning to return all moved furniture to its original position.  They 
also gave me tips on how to clean my carpets (especially since I have a large dog) - just over all GREAT TO WORK  WITH!!

I took advantage of a special to clean tile and grout sponsored by Angie's List. PSH Cleaning Service contacted me shortly after and set up an appointment.  He arrived promptly, assessed the space I wanted cleaned and advised that there would be an additional charge because the area was larger than the special price allowed for.  I was fine with that, the price was reasonable and all of the tile needed cleaning.  The cleaning took about an hour and the floor was like new when completed.  Much care was taken to protect the woodwork, drapery and pets too!  I would highly recommend this company.
