Proven Pest have been great to work with for pest control. We just moved to Memphis from Michigan and know very little about termite treatment (we don't deal with this in Michigan).
They inspected our 105 year old historic home in Cooper-Young before we purchased. The inspector crawled into every bit of the crawlspace to inspect the entire perimeter inside and out. They found a few areas of active tunneling when the home was supposedly being treated by Cook's with bait traps. They explained why they treat with a liquid treatment and don't just rely on bait traps (which obviously weren't working).
We switched ongoing termite service after we moved in. Our Proven Pest guy, Denny, has been great. He came out and walked through the whole house and listened to my concerns about active tunneling of termites and 2 dead rats found in the basement. They set up trapping for rats and have been back to check every week. No more rats found - hallelujah! He walked the perimeter of the house with me and we found the suspected entrance point and sealed it up.
For termites, again he crawled under the house and treated every bit of it inside and out. Since then, the active tunneling is gone and Proven Pest are available any time we need them for ongoing concerns. They are very responsive by phone and have so far been a great company to work with.
