Everything was fine. I guess that Tom was here for about half an hour. He did not even take time to drink some iced tea before he left ! This gentleman is a perfectionist. Highly recommend him !

The design was done properly, as it should have been done the first time. The work was started, as promised and finished within one week. The owner of Premiere, Mike Todd, performed most of the work personally. The attention to detail was excellent and the quality was first rate, and the staff was friendly. I have recommended them to a neighbor for their bathroom.

We were happy w/Mike's ideas for the project, design, etc. Work started when promised and the work went smoothly. The staff was personable and professional, and showed up consistently. The work was completed in a timely manner, and we were very happy w/the quality. We would, and have used, Premiere again for multiple projects.

We started w/the design process. We were very happy w/the design work and pretty much went w/Mike's original design w/minor changes. The work was started on time and progressed steadily throughout. We were happy w/the quality and professionalism of the crew, and with the finished product. We had one minor warranty issue almost a year later and Mike came out personally and addressed it w/no drama. We would use him again and have recommended him to our friends.

"The main problem that we had with this project was weather. We performed the work in January and we admittedly had problems with the weather. We were pouring concrete and had to work around the weather to do a good job. We properly protected the concrete from the elements, and the customer even verbally hired us to complete their kitchen, but then recinded their offer when it came time to sign the contract and pay the deposit. There was never any dissatisfaction expressed w/the work. We got a call on a problem w/one of the gutters we installed and we were working out of town at the time. We repaired the gutter, within a couple of weeks, immediately upon completion of the out of town project. Perhaps the customer felt that we were not timely in our repair. We never got an indication that the customer was unhappy with the work performed, or we would have addressed their concerns."

The workers were unskilled, and under supervised. The owner had to be pushed to correct mistakes. They would go days without showing up or calling. Work performed was mediocre at best, shoddy at worst.

"Our only substantial problem on this project was that we demanded to be paid for services rendered. We actually reduced the price of the work well below the original cost of the project to satisfy the customer, and the customer agreed that they were satisfied w/our adjustment, but obviously this is not the case. i stand by the quality of the work we performed on this project."
