Broke a piece of glass in my china cabinet.  (Put my knee through it trying to push it.)  Pitman cut a piece of glass for me.  Did it while I waited.  Was in and out in less than 15 minutes.  Piece fit perfectly.  All fine now.

They communicated well and they provided the service as requested. There were some confusing things about how they provided the service. They said for some reason they had brought the wrong size piece of glass out and then I had happen to be in town up right around that time and I went to my house and it looked like they actually replaced the wrong window pane but I had the problem corrected and whatever it was. It was just some communication I didn't understand. They were just nice, friendly and timely. It turned out fine and exactly what I wanted.

Did an excellent job. Our dresser has curves and angles at curves. This was the only glass company who would make the glass tops for us. They came out, measured, and did a sample drawing. Once the tops were done they called and asked if we wanted to pick up or have them deliver. We chose delivery. Our tops look great! We have no problem recommending them at all.

Replaced sashes in 15 windows

I was able to remove the lower section of the double hung window and took the piece into Pitman glass to get an estimate on the work. Even though they didn't carry the window's manufacturer, they were able to color match the spacers in the window and also the high efficiency glass.

Very efficient, time conscious, very fair price and knowledgeable about his product.

Perfect example of a professional job.  Punctual, performed a timely manner.  Polite, finished on time.  Cleaned up and followed up to make certain.  We were pleased.

Had to reschedule appointment for bookcase project at least twice and it took weeks longer than quoted. Since this was done in the winter, the mirrors and glue were very cold on arrival. Guess what? They mounted them before allowing them to warm up, so one fell off and all were loose. They did come out and remount them with room temperature glue.
Tempered glass tabletops were slightly too big (1/8") and the corners far too sharp - enough to make the edges and especially corners a hazard to our small child and us! Pittman wouldn't fix or replace them, despite the fact that they did all the measuring. Twice we called and the receptionist (?) said she would have the manager call us back, and he never did. We were tired of dealing with them so just dropped it and put the unusable tabletops in the closet.

We would highly recommend Pitman Glass Co, specifically Marvin window products and their window installer. Jeff Pitman, Mickey and Jim were super to work. We purchased 3 huge (7' X 7') Marvin custom picture window replacement units with insulated glass, clad exterior, wood interior, simulated divided lite including complete installation.  The quality of  the windows and installation was extremely superior and we are very pleased.  We would highly recommend using Pitman for your window replacement needs.

They have many options based on your specific needs, requirements and budget.  We were concerned with the higher pricing of Marvin windows but we had specific requirements and Marvin was the best choice.

They did a really good job and they were very professional.

My wife found the company on the web. She called several companies and the Pitman Co. offered more servive for less cost..Very pleased with the work.

We received a proposal from Pitman Glass for Marvin windows and another proposal from another company. The price was better for the Marvin windows from Pitman and we also liked the Marvin product better. We spent a good bit of time with Pitman to get the exact design (window grills) and sizing just like we wanted because we wanted to upgrade the appearance from the original windows. Pitman was very patient through the process and worked with us through 2-3 iterations of the design. We finally placed the order and they were installed by a subcontractor to Pitman. The 2 man subcontractor firm was extremely professional and did a great job. The installation crew is just as important, if not more important than the quality of the windows. Just like with carpeting, the installers are subcontractors to the seller and even though Pitman stands behind their work, it is critical to know you have a good installer. We even hired them to repair 2 other windows that were not part of the Pitman job. Since the new windows had low-e glass, they did not need window film, but we did have window film installed on a few windows that were not replaced. The final cost was slightly higher than our original estimate, but that was because we added another window to the scope of work.

They knew exactly what they were doing because they did a great job. The tinting was perfect with no bubbles or anything. The film carries a lifetime guarantee and I love it because the sun was fading my furniture. Now the tint will block the sun from doing that. They didn t make a mess and I was very happy with the results.
