It was excellent. The owner of Pinnacle Roofing and Restoration, Brandon, was very prompt, easy to deal with, knowledgeable and his pricing was dead on. The materials and the quality of roof that they put on was excellent. They were just top notch. They're a relatively new company but they're very ambitious, very customer focused, professional and they do a really high quality of work for a fair price.

Facing the replacement of our roof was stressful enough without the added burden of trying to find a contractor we could trust and could help with negotiating the unfamiliar territory of working with our insurance company. After doing much online research and asking of around, we felt we could trust Brandon McCullough to head up the project. We could not be more pleased! First and foremost is the prompt and thorough way that every phone call or email was handled. Anytime we had a question or concern, it was promptly addressed. We never felt like we were "left hanging" for an answer. While our initial goal was to replace the roof, with his help in working with our insurance adjustor, we were able to ensure that the collateral damage done by our roof leaks (interior ceiling and wall water damage) were also covered. He staffed his crew with enough people to complete the removal and replacement of our roof in one day. In fact, when we discovered some debris that had fallen in the attic (the clean up on the outside was immaculate), he came back himself and made sure it was cleaned up to our satisfaction. His painting crew was excellent with both the interior and exterior.  As with a project like this, there are always adjustments  (adding another room for painting or changing colors), however, he and his crew were very flexible in making any changes and always went above any beyond. Ex. the removal of wallpaper in one of the smaller bathrooms proved particularly difficult....his guy spent 3 hours painstakingly getting each and every piece removed and took pride in making sure it was done right. They discovered some interior ceiling blemishes we didn't notice and made sure they were taken care of. A couple of months after completion, we called to let him know there was a small water stain on one of the ceilings (loose flashing), he promptly responded and sent out folks to fix the flashing and treat/repaint the ceiling. Throughout the whole project, the work, his crew , the attention to detail and the response to making the us a satisfied customer was excellent. We have since called on him for electrical work and are currently planning more home improvements using his company. This is how a business should be run...very competitive pricing....great work...and keeping the customer satisfied!

He is a very reliable general contractor who started in business as a roofing specialist. I love him to death. He also has done electrical work.
