Steve and his coworker scheduled my project for Friday morning, June 17. They announced that they were on their way and arrived, as scheduled. They immediately went to work and did phase I (remove Pergo and lay ceramic tile) in no time. It was done all so quickly, a testament to how these 2 folks work well together with Steve measuring and his coworker cutting the tiles, to perfection. Steve told me he would return the next morning for Phase II, grouting and toilet replacement. He arrived right on time the next day and again went right to work. Again, he was done in no time. Steve cleaned up after himself, and I had to do absolutely nothing. His work was excellent and we are very happy with the final project. My only suggestion to Steve and his crew would be to wear a mask, at least when doing the initial meeting of the customer, in these days of COVID. When he was working in the powder room there was more than ample distance between us. Just a suggestion. Again, we are extremely happy with the job done and I would recommend Pete Anderson (and Steve) to everyone.

Pete and the 2 men who helped him did an excellent job. Pete listened very carefully to me and made suggestions and the tile was laid out perfectly. These guys do great work, pay attention to detail, and everything looks very professionally done. The price was good and they did not try to overcharge me afterwards. Pete was very responsive, always replied quickly and showed up on time. We had him tile our entryway, living room, dining room, kitchen, large pantry, hallway and laundry area, level gas fireplace and retile. He met us the day we closed on the house amd had everything demoed that day! He came out on Tuesday and was completely done by Thursday morning. Very courteous, went above and beyond. I can't recommend him enough! When we get ready to remodel our bathrooms, he will be the only one we call to have the work done. I have already started recommending him to family, friends and coworkers.

Pete came out and tore out old sitting area and reframed and replaced with matching tile. $500 well spent and he had it done within 2-3hrs. I couldn't use this particular shower for a couple of days until all the mortar dried but great job done by these guys!

I guess I talked about most of what he did in the previous information tab; Peter stripped my old bathroom from stem to stern and turned into modern beautiful bathroom; just wish I had a lot of space to make larger; anyway, converted my old bathroom into a beautiful shower, with body sprays and a seat to sit in my shower. I am very happy with peter and we are contemplating in remodeling our other bathroom, but not as quite as elaborate.

Pete and his crew were excellent. He came and gave an estimate, told us where to look/purchase materials, and even delivered it early to let it adjust to the humidity. Our new floors look amazing and Pete answered all questions and addressed our concerns immediately. He even went back re-grouted an area after the supplier made a mistake with the grout color. He was a true professional and provided great service. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Amazing. This gentleman is the traditional old fashion fast disappearing jack of all trades who is actually a master. Superb work. I cannot say enough good things. I recommend him to EVERYONE

Wonderfully! Pete is a super professional in every way. He was always punctual and he had a really great crew working with him. A couple of small problems popped up after the fact, and Pete was very good about coming right over to address and fix them. I would definitely recommend hiring him for your project. You would not regret it!

Outstanding

It was horrible. He did come out like he said he would come out. He was on time and he was very nice. It appears that he was not familiar with the tile that he laid for me. He broke several pieces of the tile. Did not fix them and did not say anything. He just broke them and kept on going. So my floor and my shower have broken tile in it. The pricing was fair. He was nice, but I have broken tile. I mean he was nice, I didn't have a problem with him and he was professional, but I have broken tile. If he knew what he was doing he should have done a good job to begin with. I don't want him calling to make it up. He should have had pride in his work to begin with. He was very nice, I didn't have a problem with him; I had a problem that he didn't know what to do. That is what I had the problem with.

Prompt did the job well, good to deal with. Would recommend to anyone. Told me where to got to pick out the tile for the work. Arrived on time.

Excellent. He even repaired another grout seam in the bathroom floor that we didn't ask him to do and never charged for that small job. Would hire again without question.

My experience with Mr. Petersen was great from start to finish.  Shortly after purchasing the special through Angie's List, Mr. Andersen contacted me and within a day, they were in my kitchen installing the backsplash.  It is really beautiful.  I would highly recommend Mr. Andersen.

Ordered on a Saturday. Work completed on following Wednesday. Very responsive and professional. Staff was also competent and friendly. Easy to work with. Best Angie experience yet.

I want to start out by saying that this was the "MOST PROFESSIONAL" individual I've met in a very long time. He was prompt, courteous, very friendly, and honest. He provided an estimate on a Friday, and happened to have an opening on Monday. he promised me that he would be there first thing Monday morning (7.30 AM), and he was there on time. His crew was very friendly; we ended up having lunch together. There is something about this gentleman's company that is hard to describe. I am glad I found him on Angie's list, and his ratings truly reflect his delivery and quality (so far).  His team was done in less than 5.5 hours, and the room looks awesome. He did not cut corners, and try to rush out. He visited a few times to check on their work.
My only complaint - HIS COMPANY DOES NOT INSTALL CARPETING - I WOULD HAVE INSTANTLY GIVEN HIM MORE BUSINESS (3-4 times what I spent on my hardwood installation). However, he was gracious, and offered a referral.
I have run into price gouging contractors, who think homeowners are idiots, and unprofessional to say the least. I have run into enough of them, so I am speaking from experience when I say, Pete Anderson is someone I trust, and someone I would give more business to in the future!

Since the last review - a couple of months later....

I had some uneven buckling of the wood flooring; Pete promised to come by and push some sort of glue through the flooring to make it even, since the slab can be uneven - I left a few voicemails, and no response back...
