Perry Love Construction

When I first saw what looked like a huge bubble in my roof, I couldn't believe my eyes since I had the roof replaced less than two years ago. I have been having issues in other parts of my house, but the possibility of a roof leak meant I had to get someone out there fast. I asked my sister who to call, and she told me to call Perry first if I needed ANYTHING done to the house.

I was afraid of what he'd find up there, but he assured me it was not a big deal, just a few broken decking boards and could be fixed on the spot and gave me a price of $400 which I thought was very reasonable. He left, and came back promptly with wood and shingles. While he was gone, my A/C quit blowing cold (it had been weak) so I asked him if he'd check that out too. He told me that the unit was running, but wasn't cooling so he called his HVAC guy and got back on the roof to finish his repair.

He finished his repair, and also trimmed some trees away from my house while he was up there! When he was getting his truck loaded, his A/C guy showed up. Perry stayed with him while he figured out what was wrong. Somebody had put the wrong kind of motor in it before, and damaged some wiring in the process.

I was talking with Perry while they were fixing that and thought of my toilet that was moving around a lot, so I had him look at that too. He took it off, and found that the people that had remodeled the bathroom did a band-aid "fix" to the broken drain pipe like they did everything else. He left again, went to the plumbing supply house, came back and fixed that too. Now it's solid as a rock!
When he left my house, there was not one speck of mess left, and everything I was having problems with worked and looked perfect.

I'm relieved to know my roof isn't going to leak, and my toilet isn't dumping waste under the house. The next time I want anything done to my house, I'm going to take my sister's advice and call Perry FIRST! He was prompt, clean, efficient, and honest - and so is everyone on his "go-to" list!
