To summarize our experience with A.D. Perkins, we would have to say the work was faulty and subpar, he was very unprofessional, and he abandoned the job with $2500 dollars of our money in his pocket and our supplies in his SUV. He is not a legit contractor. He cut corners and did things that benefited him. Do not give him money upfront and do not accept a contract that is not itemized .I am willing to provide additional pictures of the faulty work as well. We will be suing him in small claims court.

The owner was extremely cocky. After they had been paid they were uncomfortable with sending any of their people out to our place. They are a company of subtle trickeries. Using them would be a very unwise choice. They were paid money for work that they did not perform according to State Farm. The roof is leaking.
Description of Work
They claimed they were giving me a free roof. My insurance paid for the roof. They were going to strip the roof down to the decking and replace any decking as needed. As a result of their work the shingles had lumps in them. It was a shoddy job. They came out and claimed to correct the errors and they didn't do but maybe one correction.
