They are very professional and clean. They take care of their mess and debris. Their follow up if there is a problem is very good. They are very willing to take care if issue that might arise.

Harry Parris lied about state of my furnace. Had another company check it out. I then had a third heat and air company come and do a complete leak test. Never was a leak. Did further research by talking to some of his other clients. Discovered that he has a scam going. Tells every client that there is a leak in their compresser. He then tries to get the client to replace the compressor and even overcharges for it. If the client can't afford a new compressor he acts as if he is doing them a favor and comes back every 6 monthes to add freon to their unit that supposedly has a leak. He also has a very unpleasent attitude if you don't agree with him or complain about his rates. This man is a crook. Don't trust him.

Our air conditioning was not working properly and we've been using Parris for five years. While they were here, they tried to trouble-shoot and said it was the compressor, but they quoted a price so high, that we didn't want to use them for the job.
