He was perfectly helpful and customer service was great. He did a great job and his workmen too. He was just quite laid back to work with.

The reason I had to relieve him was that he was very poor at planning and organization. It was a nightmare. He was friendly and did reasonably quality work, but his planning and organizational work was very limited. He is not a bad person or a bad contractor; he was just a bad fit for our home and our project. It was more of a style difference.
