I would NOT recommend this Orkin. I called them because I thought I had mice in my attic, and they set out traps. I just want to say, the guy that came out was really nice, but I didn't think he was terribly effective. I think his name was Kevin. After he left, I saw spiders in my house, and he never came back to check the mousse traps, in the attic. On the day he was suppose to come back, and he didn't show up. I called, and they said he was scheduled for the next day. It was a matter of miscommunication, and Orkin tried to get him out that same day. He called me at about 5:30pm and said he was wasn't going to make it. I just ended up canceling my service, and I will not be using them in the future.

They always come when they say they are going to come. If we are not here they will spray the outside all the way around. If they need to come back if we need for them to spray the inside which is something I needed them to do because we had a terrible ant problem. They came inside and sprayed in several places, they don't like to spray inside because of children, pets, etc. He did put the powder in different little places, with an old home there a lot of places you have to patch up or the insects will get in. I pay every other month. They won't come every other month unless you call them. I haven't compares prices but it seems right, it doesn't seem outrageous. We had a new person and at first he was a little smart, not to the point of rudeness but answering kind of sharp, like he would say 'I know my job'. My husband told him about it and he calmed down.

They've been doing a good job but they're a little expensive. Roger is the technician and he is very good.

They are very, very poor on scheduling. They show up whenever they want to and they don't actually do the service that they are contracted for both inside and outside. They show up unannounced. Two-thirds of the time we are not here and we only get the outside serviced and the inside is not serviced.

They call us several days before they come to let us know they are coming. I got to know the technicians personally so I know who is coming. They explain what they are doing, why they are doing it, and any repercussions because we have pets.

I have used them every month. I have been using them for three years.

I ended my contract because I was moving. They are a bit pricey. If I were to do it again, I would go with another company because of their price.

I've been completely happy with them.

Things have gone fairly well. We still see some pests in the house from time to time and we also still have mosquito's that bother us. We are told that if neighbors don't have mosquito control or pest control that those things might come to our home. But it's annoying to pay for a service and then not have it completely take care of our problems.

They were very thorough! They looked everywhere, outside, in my attic, in my cellar and they were really nice. I did not mind having them in my home but I decided not to go with this company because the price was just outrageous.

They sprayed chemicals both in the interiors and exteriors of the house. They were very careful about the chemicals they used as we have very sensitive skin that reacts instantly.

They are a very good company that handled their equipment safely and also took care that the harmful chemicals didn't leave a residue behind on their customer's furniture and stuff. That is so thoughtful when you consider the small children around who tend to put everything in their mouth first and ask questions later!

They were clean and neat at their work. They kept all my things covered when spraying my house with their treatment. We got them to do pest control for our entire house - the interior and exterior. I'm pleased with their work.

They pest controlled my entire house. They used the medicine which did not stink at all in the house. I liked this about the company.

They spread chemicals in my entire house and covered all areas diligently. They were punctual about their time and also did a very good job.

We use to really face problems because of the roaches and the ants entering our house. We happen to call them to spray in our house, and now everything is fine, and I m also not having any roaches, or ants entering.
