They did not have local workers for my project. Nearest people were in Little Rock AK

They were slow about getting there on time when they said, and had to come back out several times to re do certain things that they had already done.

Completed the job on time. Cleaned the site after they finished.

The crew finished the project in the amount of time they estimated. They worked exceptionally hard, everyone was very professional and polite and they really knew what they were doing. I hope I don't need this kind of repair again, but if I do I would hire them again without hesitation.

I had three bids, but wasn't deciding solely on cost. checked them out with BBB and other calls, and found them to be in good standing in their Raytown facility. Quote turned out to be the least of the three, but liked their prompt service and follow thru. Happy customer and don't need to think about that anymore.

The salesman told me something other than was actually possible with our house. What they did was good, but did not fix the problem that I was most concerned about.

There was a crew of four men. The leadman of the crew was well mannered and knowledgeable of the task at hand.They covered my furniture with plastic to prevent dust accumulation.They completed the project in one day. They did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. I would recomend these pros.

After interviewing several pros, Olshan was the right fit. Their warranty is unparalleled. I've had the work done for awhile now - the one time I needed an adjustment, they came quickly and addressed the problem without issue. They are a little pricier than others, but the peace of mind that comes with a lifetime transferable warranty is worth it.

The salesman was informed and engaged and understood my situation. During the piering of my house, the crew found that the house had been piered years before. The crew boss communicated well as we discussed options. Because of the technology used in the old piering (it was attached directly to the foundation), Olshan was unable to raise the dropped corner as much as I'd hoped. Still, they did an excellent job and I recommend them for foundation work.

quite pleased with my experience with olshan. my project was completed on-time and within budget. my only qualm was the lack of documentation provided after the project was completed -- requests for additional information on sump pump operation, warranty, etc. have still gone unfulfilled.

They could be more careful, during bad weather, coming in on carpet and floor coverings, they should be prepared to do things to keep from messing up a persons home.

Communication with the initial inspector and the on-site foreman was very good. Good explanations of the problem areas, the work to be done, and what to expect after the completed job. Very impressed with the amount of work done and the thoroughness in a very short time which was also performed in poor weather conditions. I was given 2 references in my area to contact before signing the contract. I contacted these customers and was given positive comments by them. Overall it was a very good experience and we are relieved to have the foundation shifting corrected. We will probably have Olshan return to perform for more work.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Initially were over our budget but they were very willing to work with us to get the job down to within our means in the interest of getting the job done the right way.

The indivdual that performed the estimate was knowledgeable and timely. The workers who completed the job were efficient and timely. They explained changes to expect. I did experience additional cracks after the work was completed but I was told this should be expected and continue to watch for additional stresses. Currently, I am still monitoring the work but overall I am satified.

They did a good job but the communication could have been better. I don't think that is their standard operating procedure. I would recommend them.

The salesperson was clear in explaining the process and expense. The men came as expected, worked very hard to complete the work, and were always polite. The lawn cleanup was excellent; the basement cleanup could have been more thorough. They had to move furniture and couldn't put it back because of the wet concrete, but other things were somewhat messy.
