Called Mr Rooter the day before Xmas Eve, they replied within 1 hr of my call. They were in my house on Xmas eve. Pipes froze, water heater died. They responded as soon as they could. Professional Respectful Knowledgeable Timely Punctual Nothing wanting! Jayme J

I called Mr. Rooter based on a recommendation from my regular plumber last July. They came out and assessed that the the main line from the street to the house needed to be replaced since it was old and causing problems. They had to come out 3 times to resolve water gushing out from the middle of the yard into the street. Turns out they could not repair the issue all three times and needed to bring in a third party company that specializes in irrigation. They gave the name and made arrangements with this company and the issue was resolved. Lo and behold, they did not pay the other company for the repairs they could not fix. They charged me $7,000 for a line replacement and now I am liable to the irrigation company for $1,000 to repair the work they couldn’t complete and contracted. After several calls and no returned responses, the person I originally worked with left the company and is no longer there, and I am stuck with an additional $1,000 expense. THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE. THEY CANNOT COMPLETE THE JOB AND DO NOT FINISH THEIR WORK OR PAY THEIR BILLS, leaving their customers to clean up their mistakes. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. PS. Turns out the employee I originally worked with left this employer because of these sorts of problems. He acknowledged the company does not have integrity and does not keep its promises to customers or employees.

Fine until it was time to fix the ruts in the yard.had to call them a couple of times they came out after a few days right before dark and didn't cover all of the ruts.So I'm doing it myself a little at a time trying to smooth it back out after I get off work each day.If you want something done right you better do it yourself thanks.

Plumber had to run a sewer clean out to find root cause of problem. Once this was finished he found a bad blockage in line and one break in line next to foundation. He was very professional and kept us informed of problem and cost all the way while trying to resolve the problem. I had previously paid 3 different plumbers to fix problem and it still was not fixed. This resulted in a huge problem at my property and caused my home owner insurance to be involved. I selected Mr Rooter off Angie’s list cause I had heard about it and because of Angie’s list I felt I could trust the company. It cost more than I wanted to pay out of pocket but I believe the end results will be my reward. Mr Rooter found the root cause, performed the sewer clean out install, ran a camera through the line, got a mitigation company to perform the dry out and gave me information to have the water damage the plumbing issue caused fixed.

Service tech was professional and courteous. The only problem was equipment failure, but he had an alternate that worked. We also discussed other types of work they do, and if I need any of it done I would probably call them again.

Tyler was excellent. The price was higher than average but well worth it given the size of the unit, late hour, and proximity to the holiday. We contacted Mr. Rooter at 5pm and by 7pm they were replacing our unit. Not only was this last minute but it was the day before Thanksgiving. We had a trip planned to leave the next day and Tyler made sure the work was done that evening so that our plans could go on as scheduled.

I used them because they did an excellent job replacing a water heater several years ago. The repairman fixed the leaking shower but incorrectly remounted the shower valve handle. I called and the repairman returned several days later and still did not mount the handle correctly. The valve is a single handle twist left and right for hot and cold. The valve is still 90 degrees off. I have not been contacted by anyone from the company to see how the repair went. I could not be home for either repair. So much for professional service at the cost of 190.00.

Called in the evening and they were willing to come out but decided to wait until morning as it wasn't an emergency yet. They got me on the schedule first in the morning. Jamey arrived on time and fixed it quickly. Jamey was professional, cleaned up after himself, very personable and helpful. Would definitely use them again.

The company gave us a 3-hour window (I think that was it) and the repairman called when he was about 30 minutes out. Kevin told me he could replace the water heater with a 2-gallon or a 6-gallon water heater, or we could have them put in a circulating water pump. The prices ranged between $800 and $1200 with the pump and the 6-gallon water heater being the most expensive, and not a lot of difference between those prices. Kevin suggested that the pump would bring the hot water faster from the other end of the house, but did say it would not be immediate like the under counter water heater provided. Turns out he was right about the last part. It never does bring down hot water, and what was not expected is that now we don't have cold water either! We contacted the company to tell them of our displeasure. They sent someone else out to test and retest and talk and talk until I was finally convinced that he had been sent out to just smooth it over and the company had no intention of making it right. See my review to come for Mr. Appliance. What kudos I can say for them is that they were always courteous in speech and careful to wear covers over their shoes in the house. Unfortunately I had also paid for the advantage plan which is another story in itself!

It went very well, the guy they sent was very polite and professional, and there were no surprises with the cost. Only complaint would be they were supposed to send me a quote to have a sewer line access thing put in and I never got it.

I called around 10:15, and was told they could come between 2&4 the same day, but could be as early as 12:30 (all of which was fine with me). The plumber, Tyler, called about 12:45, and was there ready to roll at 1. He was very professional, courteous, put up with my barking dogs, and had the whole thing fixed in an hour! He also cleaned up after himself, so I just had to put some small furniture back in place. I will definitely use them again.

They fixed it pretty well. They had to look for tools the guy didn't have all the tools with him when he came out. He did get it fixed with what he had. The price was a little high. They new what they were doing. They were there when they said they would be.

They were good, they were great. That was a lot of money, but given what he had to do, I think the price was competitive. They came right out, I think it was that day. We called them that morning and they came out that afternoon. The faucet has a different feel to it now, it shuts off very well. They came right on time. They said they would be there, I think between 3:00 & 5:00. I think they called at 3:00 and they were just pulling up to the driveway. He was excellent, he put on those little covers over their shoes, that the doctors where. When he came in the front door, he put those on and then he took them off when he left. He cleaned up the area, it was very clean and neat. Everything was cleaned up. It took about an hour to do the service. It might be a little bit more, because he had to go buy a part, so it was probably about an hour and a half.
