Communication was poor. They failed to show up when they were scheduled leaving us without cooling for 4 days. In addition, on the original call they diagnosed the wrong problem and had to come back out 5 days later to fix a different one. Total cost exceeding $1,500 more than originally projected.

We called them to inspect things. He thoroughly checked out the house and found a squirrel had made a nest in the utility box outside. He recommended we contact the city to fix it. He was very professional, was on time, and we would definitely use him again.

It went very well. He did a good job. We weren't happy that we needed to have this done but it went well. His name was Robert Barringer. He was a good technician. He did a very good, and neat job.
