He was very good and he insulated the water heater with a jacket. He did a great job and didn't leave any mess. You could hardly tell he was here. He was on time, friendly and courteous. I haven't had any problems with the water heater and Mark was highly recommended to me.

I felt the prices at Morris Heating & Air Conditioning were extremely competitive that is why we decided to use them. We are very glad we did. They showed up right on time, explained everything they were doing and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. We also had no problem with the inspection process.

Morris Heating & Air Conditioning comes here about four times a year to make sure our heat and air are working properly. They make sure everything is clean and working smoothly. I am very pleased with their service. It gives a peace of mind. I have a service contract with them.
