They were prompt, professional, and fairly priced. Work was done quickly and without any inconvenience.

They did an ok job, not great not bad.

It was fixed for a little while, but then went back to "running".  It seems to go through stages. (?)|

He took the coupon, did the work, and it worked out fine. We were preparing our house for sale, so he fixed some leaky faucets and valves in the bathroom. There were some extra charges involved because it took him a little longer than the time allotted.

They did a great job!  Fixed several leaky faucets in a flash!

Bobby Miles plumbing was extremely flexible working around my in and out of town schedule. Very professional. Went above and beyond. Definitely exceeded my expectations for plumbing service. Hired them to replace shower drain. They not only replaced the drain but located the REAL cause of the leak we thought was the shower floor. Definitely saved me money in the long run. Would use Bobby Miles plumbing again and recommend them to family and friends.

It was all good.  Bought the deal for $39/two hours.  He figured out the problem, went and picked up a disposal, installed and was out in two hours.

Super! could not have asked for nicer or more professional service. Arrived on time and began work immediately, took approximately  3 hours including clean up and hauling away discarded plumbing fixtures.

I had bought the deal offered on here for one hour of plumbing. Scheduled our appointment for 7 a.m. On Wednesday.at 7 o'clock two gentlemen arrived from Miles Plumbing. My first thought was 2 people, I get half an hour, that's one hours labor for 2 people. But we go ahead and start. I show them what needs fixing and they get started. There were parts involved with the new P trap and the new fill valve and as we reach 8 a.m. I'm wondering how much this is going to cost me by the time we're done . But by a couple minutes after 8 all of my problems have been fixed and everything's working great. They gather their tools, go to the truck, and prepare my bill. Imagine my delight and surprise when one gentleman returns and tells me my bill is $16. Two people were included in my 1 hour of labor so all I was charged for was parts. As for the parts that they've replaced, when I went to Home Depot and looked, I could not have done it any cheaper. The service was great, I am very happy and would definitely recommend Miles Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing repair work done. And will definitely be calling again when I need work done.

I used the Big Deal special for 1 hour of plumbing for $39 and all went well ... just $13 for new parts!  All three jobs took only 30 minutes to complete.  The tub faucet no longer drips and the drain runs better, but I gave the quality (of parts only) a B rating only because the new (generic) flapper does not seal completely and every so often I can still hear the toilet running because of a slight water leak into the bowl.  (I put red food coloring in the tank to see if water was leaking into the bowl through the flapper and after a few hours the water in the bowl was pink, so I know the flapper is not sealing completely.)   But, overall, I am really happy with the service I received ... and the price was FANTASTIC!!  Thank you, Miles Plumbing!!

went very well; timely; removed their shoes at entrance to home; was a simple job that they took care of quickly.

We didnt have much for them to do. We had two leaky faucets that needed repaired, but now one of the faucets is leaking again. So now it will be another service, when it could have been taken care of one.

They were supposed to be at my home at 10:00am and they didn't show up. I had to call them and they didn't show up at 11:00am.

Excellent service, quick response and great crew.

My husband and I were very impressed with the quick response and professionalism. The faucet needed replacement. No time was wasted. A new faucet was purchased and installed without incident. I would not hesitate to use this company again and would recommend them to others! I would trust them with any other plumbing jobs.

Bought their services on the Big Deal promotion ($39.00).  Team called about 20 minutes before scheduled time to confirm we were at home and to tell us they were on the way.  Showed up promptly.  Took their shoes off at the door without asking (points from me!).  Went right to work and were finished right at 30 minutes later.  Everything, from uninstall of old faucet and hose, to install of new components, to clean up, was done most professionally.  No attempt to sell us anything else (triple points from me!).  Thanked us for our business, reminded us to review them on Angie, and left. I now have a new go-to plumber.

I like that Miles Plumbing charges per hour and don't have a flat rate like other places which are super expensive. They're real knowledgeable and get to the problem and get it resolved. They don't mess up our house or anything and are just professional.

They are really good and do the job the way you want it done.
