Home Building
We are in a 2006 condo building that Terry Kerr and Ray Porter built. The 2 year-old roof that Terry Kerr and Ray Porter put on had to be stripped down to the wood and replaced. Side of building is peeling because they used drywall products on the outside of building. Tile floors are cracking, floors are sinking. We recently discovered there is no insulation between the condo units. Terry Kerr claims he is bankrupt, and is now under new name, MidSouth Homebuilders. Beware of anything with his name on or near it.
