Lawn care and they've been really great. I have a contract with them it's around $100 per week & I would use them again in the future.

The procedure is drawn out, but explanations were excellent and we knew what to expect from start to finish

They are very expensive. If you want a large commercial job they are fine but if you need smaller jobs they don't get back to you about the work.

What a great experience! Could not have gone any better! They went above and beyond and I really appreciated that a supervisor/manager seemed to be here throughout. This was a challenging job... the wall they replaced is less than 10 feet from our pool, which was open at the time. So, they had to move all the dirt/debris by hand. This was not an easy process b/c our yard is fairly steep... but, they got it done in only three full days. I was so impressed that they didn't mess up anything in the yard or near the pool. I was expecting to have some breakage given the nature of the job but they had the yard looking good as new on the third day.

We used Michael Hatcher for several years and found them punctual, professional, and honest. I believe that, once committed to a request, they would fulfill it conscienscously (for example, a request to have back-flow valve inspected, to have an extra leaf-raking). They maintain customer relationships through, for instance, small Christmas gifts. Overall, I don't have any significant regrets about using the company.
We finally cancelled our service because the service was unnecessarily expensive for what we needed and because they were not interested in doing small landscaping requests. They ignored our requests for fill in areas where erosion was becoming a problem, and we couldn't get them to do this or to replace sod or put down mulch even though we were willing to pay for it. Each time we requested these services, they would refer us to their landscaping department, which would never return our calls. They wanted to do an entire re-landscaping of the entire yard and provided us with a plat and a plan, even though we had not requested them.
Over the last year of service their grass-cutters began scalping out yard in places, probably because we were on an every-other-week schedule and they wanted to keep the grass reasonably short between cuttings. The result was that some areas of the yard are now bare of grass and will need some work to replace the grass.
If you want frequent mowings and big landscaping projects, you might be quite satisfied with the company. They seem like good people. If, however, your needs are more modest, I would find a more economical company.

The guy brought another guy with him to do the measurements. He was the one who really seemed to know what was going on. I ended up having to call and pester him to get him to finish the plan after it had been a couple of weeks and he still hadn't called me.

We have used Michael Hatcher lawn care for quite some time and are pleased with their work. The crew that comes are very pleasant to deal with and always arrive at the scheduled time. Our lawn is very large and they keep it looking wonderful! They are also very accommodating of any special requests I have made of them.

I would use this company only for small jobs because of the costs that they have but, they do awesome work. They are very punctual and make sure to finish the work in a great amount of time. I guess that saying applies to this company you get what you pay for.

We enjoyed the outcome and the appearance of the yard. I don't know what my bill came to. But I would pay it again to have all the work done and in place in a day or so. You can really have your yard turned into a mess with a new pool so you really need this type of help in re-designing your yard.
