Metro arrived on time; their people worked hard and fast; and finished in less than 2 days. Some gutters had become clogged and caused water to leak into the den and soak the sub floor which was particle board. They were able to take up the existing vinyl flooring which was not glued down except on the edges, repair the sub floor with new plywood and then relaid the vinyl floor . They also cleaned out the gutters and reattached the areas that had come loose. They also cleaned up after they finished. I had gotten out my swiffer to mop the floor and they even mopped the floor for me. I was expecting to pay about twice what I ended up paying. This company was a breath of fresh air. I had tried others with no luck. It's amazing how business people won't follow up on a prospective customer. Metro did follow up; their people arrived timely or called to say they would be late; were professional; and I was very pleased with the work done.
