MERRY MAIDS

Only sent one person to clean our two story house, so it took a long time. Charge me extra for cleaning cabinets.

I thought that they did great. They professional, polite and did work. I thought their pricing was little high and I may use them in the future.

The cleaning was poor at best, they didn't do the extra's above the basic cleaning that I had contracted and paid for.  They did break a picture frame and a Waterford crystal vase.  They did not inform me of either.  They had a 5 gallon bucket of mop water that they took into my master bath, which is half carpeted.  They knocked over the bucket on the carpet then used my central vacuam system to suck up the water.  This ruined multiple vacuam outlet connections in the house as well as sucking dirty water all thru the walls of my house and filling the outside unit with water that even after cleaning made my house smell like mildew for months.  I called the owner and complained but was not offered any help, they did not offer to come out and look at the damage, fix the problems or even refund my money.  Most of the damage was apparant immediately, but the vase was not discovered for about a month.  It is in an out of the way place and had been knocked over, breaking it, then the glass all swept up, the larger pieces put back together, then the smaller pieces put inside the vase and the vase turned so that the broken parts were in back and in shadow.  No one else could have broken it.  I didn't even bother to call them since I got so little satisfaction before.  I also want to mention that they mopped the wood floor with water using a mop that should have had a microfiber cover on it, but they didn't put one on, so water spots, dirty streaks.  Ugh!  So unsatisfied.
