Merry Maids: Cleaning Service of Memphis, TN

We had a death in the family and needed the house cleaned quickly. The day before Maids Memphis was to come out, I asked that they also clean the updated which has a bathroom, bedroom and playroom. The bathroom was very dirty and the playroom had a bunch of cat fur and dried cat poop. I went to the house after the work and basically the upstairs was not touched. I took photos and called Merry Maids Memphis to understand what happened. Without an explanation they said the crew did not clean upstairs. They offered to refund the cost associated with the upstairs. I fully expected a greater discount as we then had to go clean the upstairs as we were preparing for a funeral. Disappointed they did not call us or offer an explanation. I cannot recommend Merrie Maids Memphis.

I like that it is not highly emotional. They just do the job and then, you do not have to worry about their bills at home. The work they do turns out real well. Their price is fair and there are always there on-time. I would say they are professional. They are wearing uniforms. I will continue to use them.

I do not like them. They are not very thorough. You have to complain before they do a good job.
