They were very patient with my wife and I. They really helped us envision the final product by bringing samples, and showing us various tile patterns.
These are really tradesmen who can provide their artistic insight, and very good at bouncing ideas around tile styles and design.
They were very professional, on-time, and were proactive in communicating. For example Charles was delayed one morning, and made sure he called me to tell me that he was running 30 minutes behind.
