They did a fantastic job.  I give them top grades across the board.  I will use them again in the future if I need to but I hope I don’t need to.

It used to be $189 to open and close but it may have gone up to close to $200 now.  I called several places to ask for prices of liners and Memphis Pool was the only one that followed through on it.  They are more dependable than the other providers that I contacted; sometimes I have to follow up with them before I get it done but I did not have to with this company.  They sometimes forget to read their orders, they have to turn my water on inside my patio and every year they always forget and do not read the instructions but they get the job done.  If the appointment is at 3 then they probably will be here at 4 sometimes, but they are here when they are going to be here.  They are going to come tomorrow to open my pool.

First they are very hard to get in touch with, left messages and no call returned.  I continue to call for appointment.  Finally appointment set.  I removed all water and leaves from the cover in preparation of the appointment.  Appointment day I get a call from technician to reschedule.  I was Very upset since I worked very hard to get the pool cover prepared since we had excessive amounts of rain in the days preceeding my appointment.  Technician did arrive late the same day and opened the pool.  Then the technician said he would have to schedule the sand filter service for a later date.  Finally comes to change the sand, again late in the afternoon, has a problem with equipment and has to return. Upon returning a few days later and late in afternoon he finishes the job.  Advises me to wait until the next morning to run the filter so that the connections will set.  Upon turning on the equipment it leaked.  Also, they dumped the old sand in my flower bed.  Finally sent another technician and the leaks fixed.  I called the manager to let him know my disappointment with where the sand was dumped and he agreed that it should be moved and said he would send someone to move it -- no one ever showed up!!

It’s very had to get in touch with anybody in the company.  I had to call them 5 or 6 times and then they finally showed up to do the opening.  Their price was high.  When they finally did the job, it was good.  I would use them just to safeguard my pool cover now.     

They were over priced and horrible. They neglected to do some other things that I requested. My pool was in the same state last and I got it cleaned for $200 by another company. These guys charged me $1000. They had to completely empty and then refill my pool. When they did that, some of the debris that had fallen into the drain came back up and they didn?t pick that out. They agreed to replace the light in the pool, but they never did. After that left, I had another company came back again after a couple of months and complete the job. The gentleman was very nice and friendly.

We are pleased with the work Memphis Pools does for us. This time out they opened our pool for the summer, taking off the cover and ensuring the proper chemicals were mixed. They are very articulate, professional and we can depend on them to make sure everything is in order for the summer. At the end of the summer they return, once again check the pool and cover it.
