As always, a great experience with Mike. Since we had had this same issue a year or so ago and Mike had corrected it, I (wrongly) assumed the problem had recurred after months of trouble free operation. We were able to schedule an appointment for the same day we contacted him through the online booking service - a great convenience. A reminder was sent an hour prior to the appointment and Mike arrived very punctually at the scheduled time. I was embarrassed to learn within 30 seconds of Mike's arrival that the problem was dead batteries in the wireless keyboard. I had not thought to start with this obvious solution since we had had the earlier problem with keystroke input. Mike said that his next appointment was in the area and very kindly waived his usual fee and accepted only a token amount for gas. And - he did not make me feel more foolish than I already did. He certainly is not only very knowledgeable and skilled, but an exceptionally nice person and has our highest recommendation.

Cannot enough good things about Mike. He knew what he was doing. He was willing to provide me with information that would have allowed me to perform the procedure myself. This is often not the case with technical people as they sometimes enjoy being the "source of all knowledge." Everything is back in order and done perfectly.

 Mike is knowledgeable, skilled, professional and punctual - and a super nice guy. We have referred several friends who have been equally pleased. He is our go-to guy for any and all computer problems we may encounter in the future.

We had an excellent experience with him. He corrected the problem that we were having in less than the time that we had booked with him. I had booked a two hour appointment for $75, and he identified the problem in just a few minutes and only charged for a minimum visit, instead of the full time frame that we had booked. He's very efficient and thorough. We haven't had any trouble since. If we did, I'd definitely call him again. I've recommended him to other people.

Called this company to put in a video card for a gaming computer. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. Price was nice and he didn't spend a lot of time installing. I will always call this company!

It was a pleasant experience with him. He was able to come out within a few days. He showed up on time, and was really knowledgeable and efficient. He sat down and went to work, gave us advice on what programs we should have on there, and what we should delete to make it run faster. He charges $25 an hour, and the job actually took a little over an hour but he still charged only $25.
