We felt like important, valued customers. Time was spent educating us on materials and options, all of our questions ans concerns were answered, and time was spent to ensure we felt comfortable and safe choosing them for our new roof. We were not using an insurance claim, and chose Masters Roofing because we believed in their quality of work and their care for their customers. Andrew is the rep we worked with and he really took his time to make sure we were educated in all the Roofing options available. He did not oversell, wasn't pushy, and seemed genuinely interested in finding the right fit for our home and needs. Everything from meeting at the show room, the education provided, the time to address concerns, time answering questions, the visits to our property to meet the first time, the follow ups during and afterwards all made it such a smooth process and purchase. We felt we had focus and attention every step of the way, and not just getting a contract signed, but had them throughout the entirety of the process. We were so impressed watching the Roofing team working together as they did. Very hardworking crew, paying attention to detail, and cleaned up very well. Took time to make sure none of the property would be damaged in any way. It was super impressive! And Andrew came out every day the crew was there to check on progress, check on us, and even had a drone fly around taking pics from all angles to ensure proper work & have progress pics that he even showed us! Total transparency throughout the whole process. I brag on Master Roofing to everyone. Thank you Masters Roofing for making such a stressful, difficult time better with your knowledge, kindness, professionalism, hardwork, communication and commitment to your work and customers! The entire process was painless from start to finish! I collected quotes from five companies, and Masters was far and away the most genuine and down to earth. Working with Andrew was a pleasure! He is professional, friendly, and passionate about his work. He was easy to reach and answered any questions that I had promptly and patiently. They did an excellent job from pre-sale to cleanup. Our sales person was Robert Floyd and he did a great job helping us select the right roof and options. He dealt well with our insurer and adjusters to make sure they paid the most to cover our damage.

They left roofing nails all over the place. They busted my ceiling inside from throwing heavy bundles of shingles on top of the roof. They spray painted the inside of my house with a compressor and spray guns with the heat running. How big of a mess do you think that was. My house is all open so it was a huge area where everything sifted white paint silt all over every single thing in my house. Its been a year and I'm still cleaning it up, and still finding roofing nails. One of the worst experiences of my life. They priced some other work for me while they were here. I signed the contract for them to do the work. They never showed by up and would not respond. Very unprofessional in my opinion A-Z.

They did a really good job. No complaints at all. They could work on their punctuality. They should say they are going to be there when they are supposed to be. Once they show up, they do the job.

Claude came to my home during a neighborhood canvas. He was polite and professional. The insurance company agreed with Masters Roofing assessment. Two weeks later, the crew arrived and completely removed the existing roof and replaced it with new. The whole thing took them SIX hours- wow. My property was left clean of all debris. Claude checked back to make sure all was as agreed. I will happily recommend Masters Roofing.

They did a very good job. They came in, did it one day and they were gone. They did an excellent job. I had no complaints with them. They followed up. They came in and looked at the roof. They did everything they were supposed to do and got it done.
