Florists
First they left the flowers out side in the freezing cold, when I got home they were all dead. The were supposed to send new ones the next day to my office, but it was 2 days later. My friend sent me a picture of what she paid for, what she picked out from their web site, and it was nothing like it. Not even close to what the picture looked like or what it cost. I called to ask them if I might have gotten the wrong flowers, but they wouldn't call back. My friend totally got ripped off. They must have assumed she would never know.
