His work was so careless and he overcharged us so much the last time we saw him..he acts as though he could care less to take on our jobs, and he’s been rudely sarcastic on a couple of occasions.. every shower head leaks, toilets are laid and don’t flush properly. He didn’t even bother to caulk around our freestanding tub so it moves everytime I get in the tub.. He also doesn’t return texts or calls.

Perfect experience, honest, good quality, will definitely use again for future plumbing needs.

This guy was more concerned about making money than taking care of the customer. The work was shoddy. He left live wires exposed and laying on the attic floor. He did not put air filters in the system after the installation. He cross connected the ventilation tubing between the upstairs and downstairs units and one unit had an obvious freon leak in it after the installation (late summer) and when it was discovered the next season, he would not take care of it because the warranty had expired by a few days. To correct the still prevalent problems will require a considerable amount of labor. I didn't have a choice in Marty getting the job as this was new construction, via general contractor, but I won't recommend him for any of the HVAC jobs I spend thousands of dollars on professionally each year.

Ever since our first experience with Marty (kitchen remodel) he has been our and quot;go-toand quot; guy. If by some chance he wasn't available, he would always get someone over to help us out that he trusted and respected.

Marty gives advice on a full range of products that may fix a problem; an inexpensive version, mid-price, and more expensive alternative. He also explains the efficiency of products, the pros and cons thus allowing you to make an educated choice. I appreciate that respect.

Once Marty has finished a project, (our kitchen and bathroom) he makes himself available to make fine tune adjustments so things are just right!

Outstanding experience. Couldn't be more pleased. Marty is honest, efficient and professional. He has done work for me several times over the past few years and I wouldn't call anyone else.

I am greatly disappointed because I live next door to his parents and have this unpleasant experience with their son. I will not be using Marty in the future.

He worked quickly and was very professional. I have had him do many different things on my house and I have never been disappointed in his work. Highly recommend him. Also if there is an emergency he cannot get to immediately, he will contract out the work to get the work done asap. Those contractors are also very good and always go the extra mile.

I have utmost respect for Marty and his process. He's been our "go to" guy for a couple years now, and we are always thrilled with him. He explains everything, he is fairly priced, and he does the work himself in such a manner that you expect he would do exactly the same for his mother. We've never had a problem with anything he has done -- he uses quality products and does quality work.

As I told you, my Air Conditioner was burnt from inside. It was also smelling very bad. They came and cleaned it so nicely that all the smell had gone. It was also giving cool air after that. They were perfect,and very accurate. They knew what to do. I would really recommend that other people use their services, I'm sure they'd be as satisfied.
