It's a nice mattress. We're really happy with it. We went to look at a mattress that I got from a sales email. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and helpful. She did not try to persuade us to buy a more expensive mattress. She did show us the options that were available. We ended up going with the one we had gone to see.

When the furniture was delivered the color was brown, not mahogany like we ordered. I picked up the phone and called Dennis, the sales associate whom we had worked with. I fully expected them just to put it back in the truck. But no!! He said...and quot;We are SO SORRY. Please enjoy the couch, love seat, and recliner until we can get the right color delivered. About five weeks later we got the furniture and loved it.
About 10 months after we had the set, some stitching came loose on the loveseat. I once again called Dennis, and he immediately sent out a Macy's rep to fix it. The repairman look one look and said he could not fix it. The stitching was from the inside. I (you guessed it) called Dennis and he said that since it had been less than a year he would send out a new sofa!! I did not order any warranty other than what Macy's gives and honestly, I had forgotten about it. So I was pleasantly surprised when my new couch arrived.
It has now been two year with the new couch. It has not shown any signs or wear. Looks brand new...with two kids and a dog. I encouraged my sister to buy from Macy's Furniture instead of Haverty's. Better furniture and GREAT customer service!!!

The prices are a little hing but I like their service. They have good selection.
