 + -1 moreThey didn't deliver all the right units yet. When we found they got the right units, we found that they didn't have a special part that increases the efficiency in them. He said he would do that later. He said he installed the component. I had another person look at the units and they said he did not, instead he stuff wires in there to make it look like he installed the component.
Description of Work: M & W Heating & Air Conditioning Service installed four heating and air conditioning units.
