I'm on a list for formaldehyde. I don't know how that is going to turn out.
They came out, it was a network news thing. There's a class action lawsuit going on that they purchased product from China and the product is emitting formaldehyde fumes. I bought an engineered hardwood. It is on the list. I put it in one of my apartments. I have to think about my tenants and their saftey. I haven't gotten an attorney yet because I don't know if Lumber Liquidators is going to offer me a different product, if they are going to replace everything, or if this is something I need to call my insurance company about. Then my tenant is going to be displaced for awhile if all this needs to be replaced. I might have a real problem on my hands. The product was evidently sold and went back to 2008. I spent several thousand dollars putting this down in the living room, kitchen, bedroom, all through the apartment.
The product looked nice. The product was easy to put down. Now that I have the problem hanging over my head, I don't feel right giving them a good grade.
