Life Safety Electric

Great service. The company has actually changed names to Life Safety Electric. I will 100% use them again. The Master Electrician is the one who made my call and he is a Memphis fireman. I know he cares about the safety and quality of the work. I feel like he was more than fair with his pricing and time.

Our new electric water heater was not heating. The electrician arrived on time and was very professional. He quickly determined what the problem was and what needed to be done. He made the repair so that the water heater would work, but said that the existing cord was too short. He did not have a longer cord on his truck, so he agreed to come back the next day to replace the existing cord with a new, longer cord. He again arrived on time and quickly finished the job. We were very pleased!
Additional note: We have previously used this company for our electrical repair needs and have always been very satisfied with the workmanship and the fair prices.

The price was excellent considering the undercabinet lighting was done after we had installed a tile backsplash, making the job more difficult. The electrician was excellent, always ontime, and extremely courteous. Would have this company's employees in our home at any time.

It is always a bad experience anytime you have a fire and these guys wasted no time at all. They took no time in getting our electric re-wired, hooked up and running for us. We were very happy that we were treated with so much respect. They did not make me feel like I was just some kind of customer with a number. They really seemed to care and wanted to get the job done fast for us.

The work was all done in a timely manner and the workers were friendly. They made sure to answer all of my husband's questions. I would recommend them to other people any time. The price was included in the pool installation and I am not exactly sure how much it was.

We had a fire from a wind storm on September 14th and did not get our certificate of occupancy until fourteen months later in the beginning of February. I do have some problems with the work they did and I don't know exactly who to blame. In one of my rooms the light switch is hard to find and can be down right unsafe. Another problem was that they put the thermostat for the entire house in an upstairs bedroom, which makes no since at all. I have called many times since last February and no one will come back out and correct these problems. If and when they do come fix things up, I hope never to see them again.

We had such a great experience with this company. The guys who did the job were very knowledgeable in this field. They really knew exactly what they were doing. We were very pleased with their prices. They were on time each time they came to work here. They showed me some things about the job that I did not know. They taught me some things during the project. When they were done, everything worked perfectly. We have had no problems since they left. I can't say enough how very professional these guys are. They really know quite a bit about the electrical business. We have used them since the first job they did. We would highly recommend this company to anyone needing this king of work done.

The workers were polite, and I had no problems with them. There was enough electricity reaching the attic to run the new equipment the first time without tripping any breakers. I thought they were done quickly. I could tell they knew their job and had done this many times before.

This company was very professional. Everyone we dealt with treated us very good. They were very polite and friendly. They made this situation about as bearable as could be. They really knew their trade very well. We really do not know the full price for the job; we only had to pay a $500 deductible. The insurance company paid the rest of the bill.

Well, I must tell you that I have not come across any problems with the fuse box yet and hopefully I do not either. It has been doing fine and I have no complaints. As far as the company itself, I feel that they are very reliable and very responsive. They have not given me any problems with this service or any service in the past before this. I am happy with using them for all of my electrical needs.

I called Electrical Wiring Service to install a new breaker for our breaker box. We are having an electric gate installed in October on our property. They called back and came out and gave us an estimate. We hired them, and they set an appointment to do the work. The workers who came to do the work were very professional and courteous. Not only did they install the breaker, they ran wiring out to the area where the gate is to be installed. I was very happy with their work. When they finished they left the area clean. I have since recommended them to a family member who is looking for an electrician.
