The purchase part was smooth. They aren't high pressure. When the day came to have the carpet installed, though, I got a call that they didn't have the carpet yet. They said it hadn't shipped from Georgia. I asked why they didn't verify that before I scheduled a day off of work and rearranged my house, and apparently they have no way to check. We rescheduled for the following Saturday and they then installed the carpet without problems.

Actually, three men showed up to do the work and they began by moving the furniture from room to room. They were very cautious and polite. Before the day was over, three more men showed up to assist in the job with diligence and finished it up all in the same day. They did a great job in cleaning up everything.

We were very satisfied with their installment of our carpets because they did excellent, quality, and professional handiwork. We were totally pleased with the ending results and they made sure of that before leaving. They cleaned up really well behind themselves. We always tell our neighbors that Le Carpets did excellent work.
