Lazy Bonezz Pet Sitting

Jackie's FANTASTIC! I meant to leave Jackie a review in 2014, but forgot. I'm reminded to leave one now, because we will be contacting her soon for her services. She's warm, caring, trustworthy and professional, and I believe her fee is reasonable. I chose her over other pet sitters, because she is experienced with farm animals, such as chickens. 

Jacki is always our first choice when we need a dogsitter. Not only does she do a fantastic job, we never worry one minute about our furry family member while we are away. Lilly is always so happy when we pick her up. Jackie bathes the dogs when you drop them off and again right before you pick them up. She will also groom them upon request. Jacki is always really good about texting daily to let you know how things are going. Once during a terrible storm, I texted to ask how Lilly was doing because she is petrified of storms. Jacki said she was sitting on the couch with her and she was fine. It is obvious she loves her job and the animals.... We love Jacki!!! While you go on vacation, your pet does too!!!

I have never left my pups with anyone and they are four and five years old. A friend used the service and
was very pleased. Ms Jackie has been grooming my dogs, so I gave it a one night trial.
The dogs did really well. I then went on vacation for about a week.
When I returned, the pups were clean and relaxed . I will use this service in the future.
My friend and I are very picky about where we take our pups. This was a great
experience for me and my pets.

Jackie has watched our babies for us numerous times. She is always professional and even leaves report cards and treats for all of the pets and brings in the mail! Highly recommend.

On short notice Jacki met my husband as he was going to try and take our dog to work due to the frigid temperatures in our house--and she kept her until we had heat again and brought her home for us.
She keeps our dog for us when we go out of town and has for several years. If she can't keep her then we don't go.
She is very reliable and keeps you informed by text how they are doing and the status of your trip.
She is keeping her again in a couple of weeks. She also can groom them while you are gone which is a huge plus.
And is willing to pick up and drop them off if you need her to. Our dog is spoiled rotten and I never worry about her when she is with Jacki.

The last stay was a bit longer than usual - 4 nights. Upon delivering Sadie and Sassie to her, I thought they were going to jump in her arms. They were so excited to see her. Jacki is kind, loving and patient with all the animals she grooms and/or provides sitting services. Since I live on the other side of town from her, Jacki has accepted my two babies into her own home, where they get even more love and attention from Jacki, her husband and their own pets. On this last visit, there was a light snowfall. Jacki enjoyed describing how Sassie enjoyed romping in the snow, while the older Sadie anxiously looked on! I would have loved seeing that. She also takes my two couch potatoes on long walks, even with Sadie's old age and near blindness. Sadie requires medication, including eye drops, which Jacki administers carefully.
Jacki always gives me a report on how things went and sends a bag of treats home each time I pick them up.
Jacki always adapts to my crazy travel schedule and is always prompt and professional. She is always eager to provide the best service possible. I have been enjoying Jacki's services for several years now and have no plans to even think about changing. Sometimes when I pick up the dogs, they almost seem reluctant to go with me because they have had so much fun!

We were very happy with Jacki's visits to our home and care of Riley. It was wonderful to get a text from Jacki each day about how the visit went. I knew when Jacki came to meet Riley, that Riley would be well cared for. That was very reassuring while I was gone. We definitely will have Jacki come back for Riley's care in the future!

When I picked up my 2dogs, they were beautifully groomed,happy , and even had a report card and a goodby treat bag! No more worrying about having to go out of town!!! Was a great experience for all of us!

We have used Jackie's Pet-sitting services several times since moving to Memphis in 2013. Our dog, Butter Cup, loves being dropped off and is always happy when she is picked up. Jackie sends text updates through out the time BC is with her, which my husband and I love. We would highly recommend Jackie's services. She is professional, friendly, and very responsible. But most importantly, she provides a 'second home' for Butter Cup rather than just a sterile kennel experience. Thank you, Jackie!

For this particular service, we were out of town for the Thanksgiving holidays. Jackie ensures our dogs are cared for whether she comes to our home or keeps our dogs at her home. We just love her and trust her implicitly. We give her our highest recommendation for your pet sitting needs. She is also our dog's groomer and we couldn't be more pleased. Sometimes, we just combine our pet sitting and have the dogs groomed while they are with her. Saves us scheduling a grooming appt. Oh, almost forgot, Jackie sends us a text message every morning and gives us an update on our babies. That is so sweet of her. She's just wonderful and your pets will love her too.

Jacki came to our rescue. All of our family and friends were at the hospital since my husband ended up having bypass surgery. Knowing that someone I trusted was taking care of Rico was huge. We will never be able to thank her enough! Just always has gone above and beyond our expectations.

Because our baby is now 14 years old, he doesn't react well to significant change, but this was the very BEST possible experience. We had tried taking him with us on other vacations, but he did not behave when left in the hotel room alone. At Lazy Bonzz he was cared for with gentle kindness and attention to his every special need and was given lots of love. Best of all, we received daily update texts to let us know how things were going. Instead of worrying, we were relaxed and felt that our precious poodle was getting to have a fun vacation as well as us! Simply could not have been a better experience! We are looking forward to our next extended vacation knowing that our precious canine family member will be loved and well cared for.

Jackie has been my pet sitter for several years now and we are always pleased with how well she takes care of our dogs, cat and home. She is professional, knowledgeable and has a genuine connection with animals. My boys love her! She makes going on trips stress free knowing that my babies are being taken care of by someone who truly loves them! She runs a great business and I would recommend her always!

Jacki cared for our dog Emma while we vacationed in Florida for one week. She walked the dog for a half hour 3 times per day. She fed the dog, gave her treats and refreshed her water. She also brought in our mail and made sure all the lights were on in the house. We were very satisfied with her service. She emailed us every day with updates regarding how Emma was doing.

Like most small dogs, our Maltese is like a member of the family. I could not even consider dropping her off at a kennel. Jacki was able to provide safe, loving environment for her while we were on vacation. Like a home away from home. I don't remember the exact cost, but it was definately worth it.

Jacki was great. Very professional, knew what she was doing with all the pets including our African Grey parrot. We will definitely use her again.

Jack is great. She is very flexible with our needs, follows all the feeding and care instructions to the letter. I would highly recommend her as a pet sitter for anyone that has to leave their beloved pet at home while traveling.
