I accidentally skipped 2 services by refreshing the page on the portal, messaged my Lawn Pro to come early, he committed to call and move my date but never did so, a different guy was assigned and quoted a long grass fee, this is after 14 days of me requesting the service. Now they are asking for 300$ to cut the grass for the original quote of 57$.

Subscribed to Lawn Love in the Spring of 2022. No problems until the end of August. At that point, yes, problems. Texts and emails kept promising a crew would come, but then no-show. I was told the same on phone calls. It's a been a month now since a crew arrived, and my lawn looks like a jungle. I'd mow it myself, except I don't have a lawnmower, and even if I had a regular mower, the grass is too high. Foolishly, I kept believing them when I was repeatedly told that a crew is on its way. This service is unreliable.

When they priced me they used a satellite photograph of your yard and they base the pricing on the square footage, I guess. Their customer service is lousy. The guys came back the last minute and did a rush job. They're really a bad, at least my experience. I didn't talk to the guys. The first contact with them was April 8th and created an account. They confirmed my lawn service on April 11th. We had some scheduling issues. It was rescheduled to April 20th. I heard from them again on April 25th. They wanted me to rate them. The service was actually done on the 25th. I would absolutely not use them again.

Lawn Love bills itself as "the Uber for lawns" and it's an interesting concept to book and track lawn services online. The missing component is customer service. The yard tech did show up on time, but did a poor job overall. My husband showed him what needed to be done and the work was not completed. He filled the recycling bin, which is clearly not marked for yard waste, with unbagged trimmings. The city will not pick up the waste in this condition and ordinances require lawn companies to take waste with them. We have sent Lawn Love customer service photos of the trimmings in the recycling bin and they said they were in contact with the technician who was "on his way" last Wednesday to bag the waste. As of today, May 8, he still hasn't shown up and we have had no further communication from customer service. This has been a frustrating experience. I would heartily NOT recommend Lawn Love.
