I have a contract with them for service twice a year. I've been having trouble with extra humidity in the house since they put the heat pump in. One of them corrected it partway, and then back in the spring, another technician made some more adjustments, so now I don't have that problem. It's a humidifier that is part of the thermostat, so now it's set to dehumidify the house.

Later, when I had an energy efficiency inspection done, I found that some different sealants that should have been used, when they installed it, even though they weren't legally required. They did a good job, and they did come back and corrected it according to what he told them for better efficiency.

It went very well. I have a service contract with them, they come twice a year and all is well. It is $165 a year for the two preventative maintenance calls. 
Top quality people, not necessarily the cheapest in town. They are the absolutely the best in professionalism! I have been using them for 20 years.

I have been satisfied with the work they have done for several years. The system they put in has saved me a lot of money. They come out and check it out twice a year at an additional cost which is wonderful. I'm really happy that they are only a call away if I have a problem. I pay $163.00 a year so they can come out and check the service levels of the equipment twice yearly.

This company was very professional. I originally had service scheduled for Thursday morning. They called me a full day in advance to let me know that the technician was sick, and they would have to reschedule. They were able to reschedule for the next day (Friday). The technician was prompt, professional, and friendly.

That was a long time ago and they did a very great job.

They did a great job. They were very careful not to make a mess. When I came back everything was done and cleaned up like nothing was touched and job was done and looked great. The guy's stayed behind to teach me how to work with the thermostat as it is digital and he taught me how to do that and took plenty of time to see if I got it right. I was really impressed.

From my first contact with Landmark, when I was scheduling a time around my work schedule they were more than accommodating. They quickly fit me in when I told them my upstairs wasn't cooling. This is a company that I would highly recommend as the previous company I had used for many years didn't seem to understand the meaning of the word I worked full time and couldn't make arrangements to work around my schedule. Due to that they (they aren't on Angies List) have now lost my business and Landmark Heating and Air has gained a new customer.

They are extremely professional and competent. I would recommend them to others.

Our outside air unit went out on a hot Saturday evening (it is 11 years old). I called Landmark, got their answering service and was told a tech would contact me. Within the hour the tech called telling me he was tied up with a job and he would be able to come by late Saturday night but would call to let us know. He did call back to inform us that the job was taking longer and he would be at our house Sunday morning at 8 am. He called Sunday morning to let us know he was running late an arrived at our house by 8:45. Diagnosed our problem as the fan motor had seized and that it would be Monday before it could be fixed. Monday morning at 8 am, the office called to inform us the motor part was available but the fan blades had to be ordered an it would be first thing Tuesday morning to fix the problem. Office called back at noon Monday to inform me the fan blades had been delivered an a tech would be out shortly. Tech arrived at 1:30 and completed the service as well as performing a maintenance of our unit as we had decided to give Landmark our business because of the wonderfull response and reaction from them. Tech finished the job around 3:30 an our house is now cool! Heartily recommend Landmark!

Their technician came to clean and service my air conditioning system. He was punctual and efficient. He worked hard to clean the outside cooler units which were quite dirty. He made sure the area was clean when finished. I would use this company again.
