The building my business is in (a freestanding house) had both external and interior termite damage, it also had a roof leak that caused some structural and some cosmetic damage. Mr. Barrett showed up at the agreed upon time and went immediately to work. He replaced the damaged sheetrock where needed, he taped and floated with way less dust than I expected. He also replaced two windows, installing two new windows and replacing all the surrounding trim. He repaired a leak in the roof. He did all of this in a timely fashion and cleaned up pretty well after himself.
He seemed a little rough around the edges, but turned out to be very professional and great at his job. I would definitely recommend him for any home repair.
