great job, but fast to go away

I had this company come out to do ceiling repair on my home not once but twice. Both times the job was done professionally and reasonably. I will definitely use them again.

I originally needed to have a Drywall leak repaired. Jim suggested checking the roof itself first. He found that the source of the problem and fixed that - instead. He suggested we hold off on the drywall repair until a major rainfall to be sure the roof repair has been fixed. Once the next rain comes, I told him I would call him with an update. Once we are sure the source of the leak has been addressed, then we will repair the drywall. Commendable approach to fixing the problem.

Very good workmanship, prompt arrival and good clean-up. Have had work done twice and will call him again when needed.

He made a suggestion for the problem I was having that I had not thought about and we used it. His customer service skills were wonderful. He made you feel you could trust him. The quality of the work would have been excellent, except he missed a couple of cracks that needed caulking.
