He did a very nice job for me. He was a nice person to work with and very likable. IF I do need any plumbing work in the future, I plan on calling him. He did a good job for a reasonable price.

I called in morning and he was there by 1 p.m. and worked quickly and professionally to determine all my needs. He fixed a couple of leaks and repaired faucets and unstopped my bathroom sink. Fixed a gas leak in attic and other things.

Called out for estimate on sink instal at my place of business.  he asked while he was there if I would like him to fix the toilet flapper that was not closing perfectly after flushing in mens room.  I said ok...  got $80 bill.  told him I thought it was high for just replacing a flapper...he said ok, forget it.  I told him that it was something that I could have done.  if I knew it was going to be that much I would have done it.  I said I would like to pay you something.  could I write a check for $50.  he then very angrily said "NO WAY...YOU OWE ME $80".  That was his charge for a service call..I said.... It wasn't a service call, he was there giving me an estimate.  He said he would come back and take the flapper out.  when I realized I was dealing with someone unbalanced, I said "Nevermind....I will pay you the entire amount and the check will go out today".  It did.  I did inform him to make no further contact with me personally or with the clinic for anything under any circumstances.

My experience with him has been great. He does excellent work, he shows up when he says he is going to and works until he is finished. He came and finished what he was supposed to do until we were ready for the next bathroom. I would rate him highly and would use him in the future.
