Jamison Pest and Lawn

Went great. Explained about issue out back with ants from neighbors house then they treated there and in house. Explained everything before beginning treatments and what to if we needed re-treatment before next scheduled service. Very professional and responsive after initial call to them and during service call. Would recommend.

The man that came (sorry I forgot your name) was very honest and pointed out some things the current owner has done and good points of the house structure to prevent pests. Part of our closing contract includes the current pest company that has been used. The Jamison guy was very honest about the things the current company has done and completed properly and actually stated that it would cost quite a bit of money to change companies. I am happy to say that I appreciate his honesty and would recommend Jamison if I did not have to fork out a lot of money to change to them. Thank you for your advice and honesty and I wish I could use you. Very professional and on time. Service completed as promised and more.

I had them for about a year. I like the fact that they show up and they've gotten rid of the pests that Terminix couldn't do. The price was inline with everybody else.

Contacted Jamison Pest & Lawn to re-establish my termite protection around my house.  I had let my termite protection lapse with another provider due to terrible service. Markus measured the outside of my house and worked up and estimate for me.  Scheduled the application the next week (had to work around some rainy days). Markus and another worker showed up on time and got to work immediately.  They injected an application called Termidor into the ground (had to drill holes in concrete in the front porch and patio in the back) at regular intervals (12 inches I think).  No digging was required.  It took about 2 hours and they were done.  They patched and matched the holes in the patio and porch so it is not noticeable.

I had some rotted wood in my back door frame caused by water damage. During my quarterly pest service visit I mentioned this to the exterminator and he said that Jamison Pest & Lawn Service could replace it for me.  Called and got an estimate the next week.  Worked out a day to have the work done and they showed up on time and completed the work right away. Cody and Robert did a great job including removing and replacing the wood, chalking and painting.  Door frame now looks great!

My experience with them was fine. They came when they said they would. They did what they said they were going to do, and as far as I can tell, they did an excellent job. I guess they could have been cheaper.

They do a great job at a great price. I ask them to call prior to treatment and I get a call about every 6 weeks letting me know when the next service will take place. My grass is green and neighbors are always asking who does my yard. Great company.

Extremely responsive, always come out same or next day. The price hasn't gone up in three years.

They are professional.

They seem to be pretty good and have good product knowledge. They are well trained, competent, and the lawn looks great. I have a dog that goes into the backyard and they take the time to think ahead and close the gate so my dog doesn't get out. They treat the property with respect.

I was happy with them. The pricing is very reasonable.

They are a good company. They have been good to us. They come on time each year. They do what they said they were going to do. We have never had a claim as far as termites.

They do lawn care and fertilizing for us. They come out seven times a year. They do a good job. They are trustworthy and dependable. They take care of the bugs in our lawn and fertilize it. They don't do the mowing but take care of the grass on the lawn.

Called Jamison Pest and Lawn on Saturday 1 Oct and set up an appointment at 8am to have pest control services conducted at my house on the following Tuesday (4 OCT). Technician called Tuesday morning around 7:30am to inform us that he would be a few minutes late. Technician showed up at 8:10am ready to go to work. Conducted a thorough inspection and sprayed both inside and outside the house. Hustled the entire time to make up for the few minutes that he showed up late.
Thoroughly impressed with both the service provided by the front office in arranging an appointment date and time that would match my schedule and provide timely service.
Technician was professional and cheerful and worked in a methodical and expeditious manner to complete his work.

This company stands head and shoulders above the previous pest control company that I hired.

They are punctual. They explain things very well. They are fast, and they get in and out. If you ask them to call ahead, they do it. If you ask them to lock the gate, they do it.

Immediate service, good application, no problems.

I think that this company does an excellent job and I would recommend them to anyone. I am always pleased with the service and they make sure to satisfy their customers as well as they can. The employees are always on time, friendly, and the prices are very reasonable.

When I signed up for Jamison Your Lawn Partner, they wanted access to my back yard so if I weren't available they could let themselves in to do the work. I made them promise to close and lock the gates after they left and they agreed that, that wouldn't be a problem. The very first time they were here they left the gate unlocked. We have a pool and a lot of young kids are around here, so I like keeping the area secured. Other than that we will have to see because they have only been out a few times so far. They seem to run on a loose schedule and I don't like that.
