I requested an estimate for windshield replacement on the Jack Morris website on Sunday afternoon. Within an hour of business opening on Monday morning, Rachel called with a response to my website quote request. She was friendly and efficient. I set a mobile appointment for mid-day, same day. Installer Brad called and said he could get to my place earlier than scheduled, and arrived when he said he would. Brad, too, was friendly and efficient. The job is well-done. Great local company with OUTSTANDING responsiveness and service!
