J J FAIR PEST CONTROL

We have had J J's fair post control for the last 3 years after the purchase of our home in Collierville. They are honest professional and courteous. We had Terminix out for a quote and it was obvious from the beginning that there is a huge difference between a family business like JJ's and a large corporation. You can not beat the diligence and honesty of a business that puts their name on the line, literally.
When we have had questions, they took the time to explain and the answers were based from years of experience not a training video. We were able to prorate our renewal with no hassle. You won't get that from a faceless corporation I guarantee. Plus our cat likes JJ and that's good enough for us!
Bottom line is they have done everything they said they would and they did it well.

I saw a sign on the side of his truck years ago and that is how I got to know about him. As a woman, the comfort that I feel with this man in my home while my husband is at work is worth everything. That is important to me because I am the kind of person who usually has a neighbor come and sit with me when a tech is at home. He is a good person. He is probably at zip code 38118 and I?m at 38060, and he drives the distance to do the job. The guy has integrity and expertise, and is thorough and patient with questions - he is wonderful. I call him for pests on an as-needed basis. I paid him $30 for ants. He came for all pests in the spring and it was $50. The termite drill was $500 but the yearly treatment I believe is $75. I more than like his prices. I would rate him highly.

They sprayed chemicals all over my house & specially in the barn for rodents. They charged $30 for in house pest control & $80 for the barn pest control. At times, it becomes challenging to keep the barn rodent free, however they do a great job.

The company provided good service. They spread chemicals all over in my house to kill different types of insects. We didn't face any problems like (side-effects) after they completed their job. Excellent.
