Garbage Collection
They were very irresponsible picking up the trash. Poor service, the only good thing was the customer service over the
phone with Karen, she was very helpful, but it wasn't in her hands to be able to make sure that the garbage will be pick up on time.

The frustrating part is when I called both numbers listed on the website no one answered. All throughout the day I tried calling and sometimes the line had a busy signal and other times it rang 30 times and no one answered. I tried for days to contact J & J Waste.
I finally reached someone on 6/9/14 and got a full refund immediately.
