Incognito Custom Closets

Inspired Closets did a remodel for us on our former home a few years ago and recently installed new closets for our newly built home. Both experiences were exemplary. Our builder even received our permission to show our new closets to at least two of his future clients. Henry H.

I had my closet installed two weeks ago and could not be happier. I actually took a small bedroom and had it fitted out and love the options I have. It is sturdy, functional and allowed me to consolidate my things into one space. I could not be happier. From the estimate to installation, everything was top-notch, and cost exactly what I was quoted. I appreciate that there is a guarantee on all of their work - that's a huge benefit and gives me peace of mind I would not have with any "build-it-myself" options.

I am thrilled we chose Incognito Custom Closets. Pam and Stan were delightful to work with. They were prompt, thorough, and confidence-inspiring throughout the process of design, scheduling and installation. When I went by the showroom, all my questions about the product sourcing and quality were answered - the wood comes from Canada, and there is a formaldehyde-free option as well. The installation process was so easy. Stan made every attempt to move up the installation date - which he was able to do by about a month. Will and Neil showed up exactly on time and were exceptionally professional and expeditious in their work (including vacuuming!). The Incognito team are consummate professionals and I would hire them again without a doubt. I am thrilled with the finished product - functional, handsome closets. Trustworthy, quality work done by really, really nice people. A+

We worked with Larry Wilson to design and implement our Master Closet.  He was very patient in assisting us with ideas and solutions for our closet needs.  The showroom was an excellent place to see the different closet options. The closet was installed on February 13, 2014.  Roger was excellent and discovered several damaged items which he immediately brought to my attention.  The items were replaced by Monday 2/24/14.  Everyone at Incognito was pleasant and professional.

I used them before and they were good. They actually redid some areas where I wasn't happy, it wasn't there fault really I didn't just understand what they were gonna do. They are very accommodating and very helpful. They make sure I that I was happy with their work.

They redesigned my mother's walk-in closet and designed a sewing workspace for her. The initial designs took more time than I expected, but the work was done expertly and in one day.

My salespersom was Christy Day and I like her a lot. We had three closets installed. One was a coat closet with shelves for some home office equipment. One closet was a large walk-in closet and another one was my 11x18 dream closet. We used upgraded wood selections and we had special requests. They bent over backward to make designing and building my dream closet a special experience. The installers were neat and professional...it was a great experience. I have another space I plan to call Incognito Custom Closets in to do soon. They're great folks and they really care about your needs and your project.

Every step was handled professionally and in a timely manner. The completed installation is met our expectations and we are completely satisfied. Incognito personnel were most pleasant to deal with and easily accommodated our requests for in process changes.

They were timely and called before they arrived.  They went over the design with me before they started.  They cleaned up well after themselves and didn’t damage any of the walls. After they were finished they asked me if I had any questions and reviewed the installation with me.  They did a great job.

Everything turned out well.  They did a great job and were on-time.  They were there first in the morning.

By far the best experience I have had with a company. Communication was superb throughout the entire process. They arrived at 9AM on the day of install and were finished by 430 that same day. They only took a 30 minute lunch.

I was they happy with their service. I felt like they did a good job in determining what my needs were for my closet and coming up with the right kind of storage that I was looking for. They were very reasonably priced, quite efficient, and very timely. The guy who did the work was very nice and he cleaned up after himself.

As part of a larger renovation project we wanted to replace the contractor grade wire shelving in the master bedroom closets of our 14 year old home. Our primary objectives were to maximize the use of the available space and to personalize the closets for our storage needs. We visited the store on a Saturday and met with Brad who was very good to work with from the start. He helped us think through what we wanted and needed, allowing my wife and I to describe our different needs for custom designs for the his and her closets in our master bedroom. Since we had never really done this before Brad was very helpful as he methodically took us through the design process. He showed us a number of options in the store and followed up soon after with drawings and estimates. We made a few changes to the designs which he also turned around quickly. Once we placed the order the new closets were installed to our satisfaction within a few weeks. Overall we had a very good experience. We had two more closets done by Incognito in October 2012 and will likely have more work done by them in 2013.

Very professional from start to finish.They designed and built and installed my closet. They twined the job to fit my budget.

It turned out real good. I felt the price was reasonable for what they did. They are very professional, helpful, and nice people to work with. They really did a great job. They were pleasant to work with. They were creative and gave me some good ideas and suggestions. We are very pleased with their services and would recommend them to others.

Excellent experience, No surprises.  Designer was patient and accommodating.  The quality of the drawers appear very good and the installers were very professional.  They cleaned everything so all I had to do was unpack.   Had thought about doing this myself but am so glad I paid for better product and professional installation.
