It was very poor. He took the fan out, left, and never came back. He did not replace the fan, there is just a hole there. Basically, he stole my fan. I have not paid him; he did not give me a bill or anything. I have not heard a word from him and do not know how to get hold of him. It could not have been worse.

He's very professional, and he's willing to work with me as far as payments. He also will go the extra mile to make sure the job is done well and if there's something he can't do, he can find a good contractor who can do the work.
