They suggested a carpet less expensive than one I had chosen. They saved me money. Expediency was good. I ordered it and they were installing it in five days. It took a few hours to complete the services.

Kathryn was very helpful and knowledgeable. You could not ask for better customer service. I would highly recommend this store because of her.

All of the personnel/subcontractors that did the measurements and installation did outstanding work. The personnel at the Home Depot store were horrible. First, you could never get the personnel via telephone during and after the contract to purchase and install was done. The supervisor for the department always had an attitude when dealing with her. There was one incident where I needed to get information to make the purchase from her sales associate and the associate was not in the store at that time (and this is after repeated times trying to reach the department by telephone, and no answer). The supervisor asked me to come back in when the sales person was going to be there. I would think that this would be a task that she could have easily handled. And the request that she made was not with a smile, but with a smirk and as if I were interrupting the casual conversation that she was having with one of the store's personnel. I would not purchase anything that required help from the cabinets and counter department of this store. Very rude and unprofessional personnel.

The Home Depot has an outsource company that arrived at our home and replaced a 20 year old garage door opener that had been failing. The technician arrived as promised (although it did take about a week to get the appointment scheduled). The installation when extremely well, and the installer indicated that all the track wheels for the door had become worn and needed replacing (he wasn't kidding, many wheels had flat spots, and the plastic had been chipped off) to ensure smooth and quite operation of the new opener. He replaced 10 wheels @ $10/each but the garage door now works like a champ! The installation of the opener was only $99 which was a bargain considering that new wires needed to be run, auto stop electric eyes installed, exterior key pad has to be installed and programmed. If you need a new garage door opener, I would suggest you take Home Depot up on their $99 installation offer.

We like the staff over there. They are friendly and helpful. They tell us where everything is.

They referred me to a contractor who handles installation of their products. That contractor sent a plumbing/heating guy to our home the next day. He arrived on time, and as it turned out, the thermostat on the water heater we already had had been turned down by accident. He turned it up for us. He was professional and I was grateful that I only had to spend $55.00 instead of the minimum of $2000.00 for the tankless heater.

The salesmen we spoke to were really knowledgeable about what they were doing. We went to two different Home Depot outlets and the salesman at one location was a lot more helpful and knowledgeable about what we needed. They offered suggestions that made it a lot better. The installers from the location where we went to called the next day to come out. The installers from the other location took about two weeks to call us for the first appointment. Considering what was done, my husband felt that the price was good. Everything turned out well and they did a good job. We had no problems.

When I called Home Depot I spoke to Brenda. I went to the store the next day and had to go above her Deborah Gatewood, a manager I think. She's been trying to help us and has been compassionate about helping us, but could only give us options. They'd either give me a discount on the washing machine and we could fix it ourselves OR they would take it back but we would have to have it repaired first. The repair is covered under the warranty but the part that must be replaced is on backorder... which is why this is taking so long. In the mean time, I'm back at the laundermat and at home, I'm looking at my new washing machine that does me no good.

They put ceramic tiles in my bathroom. Now I feel like staying forever in the bathroom as they have done a beautiful job.

The old key just broke in my lock. I had to replace both the lock and the key of my main door. They did a good quick job.

The guys they sent out showed up ready to work. They stripped out the old carpet, one room at a time. They helped move the big things out. What impressed me the most was how they cleaned the floor before installing the new carpet. They vacuumed and brushed the edges super clean. They were the best guys I have seen in a long while. They were hard workers.

They did a good job showing up when they said they would, but the professionalism shown while they were here was not all that great. The two guys that showed up seemed to not like each other and they were always arguing and fighting. The seams were not all that great either. I had a good experience with Home Depot and I would hire them again, as long as I didn t get those same two guys back.

By the time we went in and found the flooring we wanted and set up a time and date, it was 3 months later than discussed. They claimed they lost the order or it was missing so it just took forever. Even after we told them that we would be putting up our own trim and not to leave to big of gap between the wall and the flooring, but they still did. Now there was a huge space and I wasn t happy at all.

I was really impressed with the guy that Home Depot sent out. He showed up on time and was ready to work I felt comfortable with him in my home. He seemed to be a trustful guy. He took my old water heater out and hauled it away as a part of his service and he left nothing behind for me to clean up.

Home Depot was alright and their customer service was fine. However, they used separate guys to do the measuring and the installation. The guy didn t include our den in the measurements so we went three weeks without that room carpeted. It was a misunders
