They were prompt, listened to my concerns about my cats, provided information about the problem (mice in the walls) and were professional and pleasant.

They are prompt, they come by every time, and they come back every time you need them. They will zip right out here if it is Black Widows that you see and spray it with a different pesticide.

Once I had to call them about a termite problem, and they have come right out for me, and they sent me a check for any damage that I had from the termites. That is why I keep using them they are reliable and I have been happy with them. I will continue to work with them in the future.

Holiday Pest Control has been very professional with me over the last 40 years. They explain everything they find very thoroughly as well as what treatment is needed and what it will cost. They return my phone calls as soon as possible if I call in between treatments for a problem or a question. They are very conscious of cleaning up their work area when done, and never leave me anything to clean up after them. Their employees are very courteous and respectful of my age and will always call in the front door to let me know they have arrived and when they are leaving. The only problem that I have with Holiday is that their price has gone from 40-85 over the last few years.

All I can say is that when I find a service company that will come out to assist me upon my request than I keep them. That is why Holliday Exterminating Company has my business. I thought they were just great.
