Everything was going well until they put down the wrong color/pattern than the one we picked. We decided to get past that and keep going with what was put down. The problems came back when a handrailing that was to be put in wasn't at the time of "completion". Hunter Burris said we could either deduct $500 from the price, or have the handrail. Since I am older I needed the handrail so I gave a check for the full amount. They haven't been back since and after multiple calls I don't think they will be.

When the job was finally done they had taken the dirt from where they dug the wood form and put it against our neighbor's fence and scattered lots of rock along our flowerbeds and throughout the yard. The owner did not stay with the workmen and did not come back to see if the job was complete. The workmen left the foundation boards, nails and concrete debris in the yard and a large amount of residual concrete was thrown in the grass.
The owner called and wanted his payment if 'we were happy with the job.' When asked if he had seen the job he admitted he had not been back. We asked him to meet us out here, which he did, but he denied that the dirt and rocks were the results of his workmen. We asked him pick up the rocks, and fill in the trench along the concrete with clean dirt. The owner, himself removed some of the rocks and put in very little dirt on top of the broken concrete and rocks. He also left much dirt and concrete residual in the street in front of our house. He did a poor job with a poor attitude. We asked him to remove the concrete debris which was not done completely.
We had to work several days to clean up our yard and it cost us much more money to bring in sand and top soil to fill in the trenches left when the form was removed. Also, we found that part of the form had been left in the ground and just broken off, which we had to remove.
