We hired Grayson Smith to clean expensive and quite filthy cushions on an outdoor sofa. Another company had tried to clean them and the results were unsatisfactory. Stains remained and we were sure we’d need to reupholster the cushions. I highly recommend this owner operator to anyone needing their upholstery cleaned. Our outdoor sofa is like new.

I own a few rental properties. On several occasions I have had tenants move out and had to make a decision about my carpets. Although I sometimes have to replace them, on several occasions I have had Grayson Smith Carpet Cleaning come to assess my situation. There have been times that they recommended that I replace rather than clean, and I really appreciate their honesty in talking themselves out of a job. Other times they have recommended cleaning, and it has always been a good decision. Carpets that I would have thought were beyond saving came out great, almost new.
They were timely, professional, thorough, and always took good care of my property. I always recommend them when I can.
