They're also my veterinarians. I feel comfortable leaving my dogs there because the veterinarian is on site and the staff seems compassionate and interested in my dogs, as well as being competent.

I have used Grace Animal Hospital for some time now for vet care and for grooming. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. The facility is clean and offers a high standard of care. I have been very happy with the vet care (the vet even gave me his number to call when the office was closed when I asked what should I do if he doesnt get better on a weekend. I did not need to use it but that little extra step of care made me feel so much better when I was worried about my little one.) Will definitely continue to use them.

Lily was returned to us with large dredlocks, containing straw and possibly chewing gum. She must not have been brushed at all. She is a long hair and we pay a high price for what we expect to be good care. My husband called to protest when he saw the bill and the state of her coat. Someone named Julie told him to bring her back in in the morning to address the problem and give her another bath. When I took her in this morning, two women played good cop bad cop with me, refusing to do what Julie had promised and explaining to me that a "bath" did not include grooming. Duh. If Lily had been cared for properly she wouldn't need further attention.
I left, my husband called them again and they said the office manager wasn't available, my husband said to tell him we were putting the charges in dispute, and magically everything changed. Oh yes, Dr. Blah blah the owner says your wife can bring Lily back AGAIN and we will make it right.
It must not occur to these people that I have better things to do with my time than make 3 trips to pick up my dog after they screw up. We have spent thousands of dollars at that place and will NEVER return. Its probably ok if your dog has short hair and you're a man, you'll get treated right and they won't mangle your dog's coat.

They really care about animals and they help with rescues. When my neighbor passed they came and took his 2 cats because we couldn't find them a home. They will keep them until they can find someone to adopt them which is really nice. I will continue to use them in the future.
